Hej, I’m
Dr Sabine Blackmore
I am a Gestalt therapist (licensed practitioner for psychotherapy under German law) and trained at the Institut für Gestalttherapie und Gestaltpädagogik I have been familiar with this therapeutic approach for over ten years. Through the four-year training programme, I have undergone important processes that are essential to my work. My Gestalt practice is also informed by my work as a systemic coach and consultant. Systemic meets Gestalt
My systemic methods complement my Gestalt orientation in my work. I pay attention both to the resources of the person I am working with and to emotional experience in the here and now, as well as to the creative adaptations people have developed in order to cope with difficult situations.
